House of environmentally friendly materials Royale, designed by specialists of EcoHouse, conquers his grace and elegance of architectural forms. Feature of the house is the front wave form, which gracefully blends into the landscape and create a unique interior spaces. The house is spacious and very bright combined living and dining rooms. Premises (kitchen, pantry and laundry room) are compact and form a separate economic zone, which is very convenient advantage plan of this house.
The original open-air terrace, which is operated by the top of the first floor is one of the most pleasant place to relax at home.
Another highlight of this home is a unique location of bedrooms on different levels of the house. Climbing the lestniitse the second floor, you find yourself in the master bedroom, and even a little higher is a children's and guest bedrooms. Thus, the bedrooms are of different height, which makes the originality of this project.
On each floor are provided bathrooms and closets.
An important feature of "Royal" is the Radius shape of the roof. By area, it is smaller than a conventional roof, reducing heat loss in the home and saves during erection of the roof. The ceiling of the second floor repeats the shape of the roof, which greatly increases internal space and gives the interior an original and unique shape.
